SELF CARE CAMP – Starting Saturdays late summer! First session is August 20th with a break for Labor Day! This camp will be a way to support your child as they transition into the Fall season including transitioning back to school! This camp is 5 sessions with each session having a different theme centered around learning self care strategies including sensory strategies for calming, participating in yoga and meditation, harvesting from the garden and creating a healthy snack, self expression through art and much more!! The age is 8-12 years and perfect for any child who can benefit from learning coping strategies and lifelong skills to manage stress and to find joy in being his or her unique self!
